2. Sufficient high strength and toughness, also known as toughness, to withstand impact and vibration during cutting, and reduce brittle fracture and chipping of the blade.
3. Good wear resistance, that is, the ability to resist wear, making the blade durable.
4. High heat resistance, so that the cemented carbide blade can still maintain hardness, strength, toughness and wear resistance under high temperature.
5. The process performance is better. In order to facilitate the manufacture of the tool itself, the cemented carbide blade material should also have certain process performance, such as: cutting performance, grinding performance, welding performance and heat treatment performance.
