1. Cutter

2. Hole machining tool

Hole processing tools include tools that process holes from solid materials, such as drills; and tools that process existing holes, such as reamers, reamers, etc.

3. Broach

Broach is a high-productivity multi-tooth tool, which can be used to machine various shapes of through holes, various straight or spiral groove inner surfaces, and various flat or curved outer surfaces.

4. Milling cutter

The milling cutter can be used on various milling machines to process various planes, shoulders, grooves, cut off and form surfaces.

5. Gear cutter

Gear cutters are tools for machining gear tooth profiles. According to the tooth shape of the processing gear, it can be divided into tools for processing involute tooth shapes and tools for processing non-involute tooth shapes. The common feature of this type of tool is that it has strict requirements on the tooth shape.

6. Thread cutter

Threading tools are used for machining internal and external threads. It has two types: one is a tool that uses cutting methods to process threads, such as thread turning tools, taps, dies and thread cutting heads, etc.; the other is a tool that uses metal plastic deformation methods to process threads, such as thread rolling wheels , Twisting wrench, etc.

7. Abrasives

Abrasives are the main tools for grinding, including grinding wheels, abrasive belts, etc. The surface quality of workpieces processed with abrasives is high, and they are the main tools for processing hardened steel and cemented carbide.
